公司主要业务及部门设置如下:

  船务部: 负责办理中外籍各类船舶进出宁波港的申报联检手续，联系安排领航、拖轮、泊位、装卸、理货,以及检验、修理、补给、备件和船员遣返、船舶租赁、海事处理等业务。

  班轮部：负责集装箱货物的进出口单证操作，包括缮制单证、订舱签单、货物申报、进口换单、代收运费、代办结算、箱务管理等业务。
运输部：负责揽货工作，包括组织货载、洽订舱位、报关报验、仓储中转以及空箱调运、多式联运和门到门运输等业务。

  本公司代理的船舶包括定期班轮、支线船和各类散杂货不定期船舶。目前代理班轮航线4条, 每月代理集装箱船舶20航次. 不定期船代理涉及包括矿砂、石油、化工品、钢材、木材、煤炭、重大件等宁波港所有的大宗散杂货种. 经过二年来的努力，宁波航姆已发展成为继外代、外运之后的第三家公共班轮船代, 被认为是宁波港众多新代理中最具活力、发展最快的公司之一。

A Brief Introduction to ISACO Ningbo
Set up in May 2003 and engaged in shipping agency business for ocean-going vessels, Ningbo International Shipping Agency (ISACO Ningbo) is the first public invested shipping agency in Ningbo with ISACO Shenzhen as the holding company and the Administration Affairs Bureau of Ministry of Communications (MOC) as one of main shareholders.

Our basic services and  main organizations are as following:

Shipping Dept is in charge of agency service such as declaring for ship’s entering or leaving the port, arranging pilotage, tugging, tallying, berthing and stevedoring, attending to marine survey and casualties, ship’s repairs, supplies, provisions and spare parts, crew repatriation and space chartering.

Liner Dept is in charge of documentation service such as preparing documents, distributing space, issuing B/L, declaring shipments, as well as freight collection, disbursement settlement and equipment control.

Transport Dept is in charge of forwarding service such as canvassing, booking space, arranging for warehousing and transhipping, as well as customs brokerage, multi-modal transportation and Door to Door service.

   ISACO provides agency services for liner, feeder and tramp ships. At present, we’re acting as agents for 4 lines with total 20 liner callings at Ningbo per month, while in tramp services we’re involved in all kinds of vessel calling at Ningbo such as ore carrier, oil tanker, chemical product carrier, steel carrier, timber carrier, coal carrier, heavy lift carrier and so on. After two year’s operation, ISACO Ningbo has developed into the third public liner agency following Penavico & Sinoagent ，and is reputed as one of  the most vigorous and promising shipping agencies at Ningbo.
